How do I receive a quote for transportation?

Select "one-way trip" or "round trip." Enter your pickup and destination points, the date and time of your trip and the number of large and small suitcases you'll be bringing with you. Click the "proceed" button. That's all you need to do to jump-start the process of receiving quote offers. Our advanced system will find the most suitable providers to send your information. You will receive quotes from the providers with pricing information and available vehicles.

Will I get my quote instantly?

Because of the variables that are involved with most trips, we cannot guarantee an instantaneous quote. However, we can guarantee accuracy and affordability. Our partners are very diligent in returning quote requests to our customers quickly. Therefore, you can expect to see swift responses to your quote requests, and you can expect to receive the cheapest quotes in the industry for your particular trip.

How soon will I get my quotes?

The speed of the quotations usually depends on the time of day and week you send your request. You'll receive the quickest responses from Monday through Friday when most suppliers are fully staffed and open for business. However, many of our partners operate during odd hours and weekends. Therefore, you may see some pricing quotes during those times.

How many quotes will I receive?

Our system will aim to get you at least four quotes from our partner companies. We feel that four quotes will allow you to conduct a reasonable comparison. The number of quotes you receive will depend on the time of year and the availability of the vehicles. However, we can assure you that you will receive more than one quote.

How will I receive my quotes?

Most of our clients receive their quotes online. Our partners generally send professional quotes through our system for your convenience. However, there may be some instances in which the provider will want to reach out to you. They may have to ask some additional questions regarding your trip. They may want to talk to you about the available vehicles or gather information about your desired amenities, as well. In these cases, the provider may contact you by email or by telephone if you left a number when you requested the quote.

Do I have to set up an account with iCoach Hire?

It is not mandatory that you set up an account with iCoach Hire. You will still receive quotes for minibus or coach hire if you choose not to open an account. However, there are many benefits to taking a few minutes to sign up for an online account. One benefit is that you'll be able to keep track of all your online quotes.

Should I book the cheapest coach or minibus hire?

While we strive to provide you with the cheapest quotes possible, they might not always be the best selections for your needs. Whether you choose the cheapest transportation hire depends on what your requirements are for the trip. For example, you could benefit by choosing the cheapest of four quotes for a standard airport transfer. However, you may need to choose a more expensive option if you need an executive vehicle for your occasion, and your quotes offer a mix of vehicle types. Go cheap only if it meets your needs.

Can I change the trip details after I’ve submitted a request?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change our system's trip details once you've sent the request. You can submit a new request within seconds. Alternatively, you can wait until the suppliers contact you and speak to them about the changes you'd like to make. They'll let you know of any pricing adjustments they'll have to make to suit the changes.

Why should I book with iCoach Hire’s partners?

How do I leave a review for my trip provider?

You will receive a request to review the provider shortly after your trip ends. We have a review provider that we use. You'll be directed to a page where you can leave a glowing review for the provider who helped to make your trip special.

Do I pay for my trip through iCoach Hire?

You will not pay for your trip through iCoach Hire. The provider will give you the details of how you will pay for your trip. You will then use their system and method to pay for your journey.

Can I pay for my trip with cash the same day?

Some providers may offer you the opportunity to pay for your trip with cash on the same day. This may not be the case with many other providers, however. The best way to find out your options is to contact the provider and ask what their payments terms are.

How can I cancel my trip?

If you would like to cancel your trip, you'll need to contact the company that you booked your trip with. You deal directly with the provider after our company connects you to that entity.

Do iCoach Hire’s partners travel abroad?

Our partners provide a wide variety of services and accommodations. They include the willingness to travel abroad. Note that you may have to pay additional fees for ferry crossing charges, driver accommodations and such things. Make sure you speak directly with the provider to ensure that you receive a quote that includes everything you need. Let them know if you'd like to pay for certain expenses separately, as well.

What happens if my driver doesn’t show up?

You will most likely receive a telephone number or other contact information from your provider. You will need to contact them as quickly as possible if your driver fails to show up on the day you book. They will handle the unfortunate situation in a way that's most beneficial to you.

What areas does iCoach Hire cover?

We have connections with providers in all parts of the UK, and they all cover a broad radius of areas. We also have many providers who offer international services. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of, no matter where your trip is to or from.

Can I book an executive coach?

You can most certainly book an executive vehicle if you need to go to an elegant event. Our partners have Mercedes executive vehicles in their inventory as well as some other pristine models. They also have a broad range of minibus and coach options that range from 8-seater standard minibus vehicles to 72-seater double-decker vehicles. The accommodations are plentiful, as well. You can specify your needs in the notes section, and our partners will quote you a price for a match.

What size minibuses and coaches can I hire?

You can hire any size minibus or coach you desire. Our partners have a huge inventory of selections for all events and occasions. The smallest vehicle is an 8-seater minibus. The largest coach vehicle seats 72 people. They have standard vehicles and elaborate luxury vehicles. You have access to everything in between those sizes, as well. Send your quote request and let our partners know what you need. They'll ensure that you get it.

How long is my quote valid?

Each provider has its own policy about how long the quotes last. You will receive that information when the supplier returns your quote request with the figures. For example, your quote request for a coach or minibus vehicle may be good for seven days. Some vehicles are more popular than others, and they get booked up quickly, however. It would be in your best interest to secure your booking as quickly as possible, especially during peak season.
